Mid June 2025 Case Update

Dear friends, family and all our supporters

It is now half way through June and we have two weeks left where all donations to the cost of LAVA’s Human Rights Review Tribunal hearing will be matched by our generous supporter.

So far this month we have raised $8,418.56 and we hope we can double that in the second half of the month.  Overall we still have $51,319 to raise to reach the $100,000 estimated total cost of the hearing.

The dates of our four week Hearing are:

 21-25 July

1-5 September

15-19 September

6-10 October

It will be held in the Wellington District Court, 49 Ballance St, Wellington Central and is open to the public. We won’t know till nearer the time whether or not we will be permitted to post live updates on social media, but will let you know as soon as we do.
