LAVA HRRT Case v PRIDE Update 23rd December November 2025

Dear friends and supporters 

 As 2026 draws to an end we want to thank you all so very much for your support: your words of encouragement, your affirmation of the action we have taken, your turning up at Court, your recognition of the toll it has taken on us and the donations you have made which enabled us to take our case to the human rights review tribunal hearing over four long weeks between July and November. 

 Thanks to you, we have now raised $122,526, which leaves us less than $36,000 to go. We are more appreciative than we can say. Overwhelmed, humbled, amazed, and delighted are a start - you get the idea! 

 All of us at LAVA would like to take this opportunity to wish you a safe and happy holiday season. We will be back sometime in the New Year with updates as they come through. 

 We have no idea when we will have a decision on our case, but we will make sure you know almost as soon as we do. Meanwhile, you can check our website for interviews we have done, and maybe as time goes on, some things we have written on the process we have been through.
